What you will be doing
The Software Engineer III will support AuguStar Financial by developing, modifying and maintaining assigned programs.
Responsibilities may include, but are not limited to, the following:
- Supporting, updating, and revising existing applications, programs, interfaces, and vendor software
- Determining business requirements
- Defining testing scenarios
- Developing and managing work plans
- Communicating with vendors for problem resolution
- Managing the full software development cycle including conception, requirement analysis, specification design, coding, acceptance, testing, implementation, and training
- Developing documentation and operation instructions
- Participating in code reviews
- Participating on development project teams

What you need to be successful
- A bachelor's degree or equivalent business experience
- At least six years of Software Engineer experience
- ETL development experience
- Database and data warehouse development experience
- Report writing experience
- Business Intelligence Analytics experience, including AI and ML
