DESCRIPTION:
Duties: Involved in all aspects of the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) including analyzing requirements, incorporating architectural standards into application design specifications, documenting application specifications, translating technical requirements into programmed application modules, and developing or enhancing software application modules. Design and configure internal applications in private cloud infrastructure. Design and deploy single sign-on Infrastructure for chase.com and deploy across all environments from development to production. Work on risk compliance-related issues and fine tune solutions for better maintenance of cloud infrastructure. Govern the migration efforts. Provision and deploy environments with CICD pipeline. Work with development team to assist with various automation tasks and participate in infrastructure automation. Participate in design-level discussions with management. Generate ideas for continuous improvement and drive implementation of initiatives that promote productivity and quality. Create and review Security Infra Design Documents with the team. Define Migration strategy to move application to cloud and leverage appropriate AWS services. Perform duties in regards to resource engagement, change management, and escalations. Telecommuting permitted up to 40% of the week.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Minimum education and experience required: Master’s degree in Computer Science, Electronic Engineering, Computer Information Systems, Information Technology, or related field of study plus 3 years of experience in the job offered or as a Software Engineer, Site Reliability Engineer, Siteminder Engineer, IT consultant, or related occupation. The employer will alternatively accept a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Electronic Engineering, Computer Information Systems, Information Technology, or related field of study plus 5 years of experience in the job offered or as a Software Engineer, Site Reliability Engineer, Siteminder Engineer, IT consultant, or related occupation.
Skills Required: Requires experience in the following: Administration and technical support of CA Single Sign-On and CA Directory; migrating applications from CA SiteMinder to other IAM (Identity and Access Management) products such as Ping Federate or ForgeRock; embed SRE practices into developing solutions for operational problems; applying Infrastructure as Code (IaC) approach to automate infrastructure provisioning, builds, configurations management, and end-to-end product life cycle management; Apache Tomcat; AWS Cloud Services; Docker; Dynatrace; GIT; Infrastructure Architecture Disciplines; Jenkins; Kubernetes; Linux; Oracle; Performance Testing; Python; Shell Scripting; Splunk; UNIX; and WebSphere.
Job Location: 1111 Polaris Parkway, Columbus, OH 43240. Telecommuting permitted up to 40% of the week.
