Description:
Implementing, maintaining, and customizing software packages specific in line with Borusan Mannesmann company objectives. Providing technical and functional support in the areas of: ERP systems administration, MES (Manufacturing Execution System), problem resolution, support, process mapping, system testing and development, security access and training.
Working Conditions:
Working conditions are of a professional office environment. Administrative personnel may require the use of personal protective equipment (PPE) to include but not limited to; eye safety glasses, hearing protection, work boots, and hardhats.
1. Qualifications:
1.1. Bachelor's degree in IT related discipline.
1.2. Minimum experience of 5 years in Microsoft C# and SQL programming in the field or related area.
1.3. Minimum experience of 2 years in Microsoft Dynamics AX programming
1.4. Proven understanding of security, efficient code reuse, and software design.
1.5. Experience with software development in manufacturing environment (MES).
2. Responsibilities:
2.1. Reviews, analyzes and modifies the applications including programming, testing and debugging to support an organization's Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) and MES applications.
2.2. Ensures that software can be completely integrated into the general and BMB's ERP system and MES system.
2.3. Designs new modules to improve system efficiency related to BMB Head Quarter.
3. Activities:
3.1. Developing procedures to ensure integrity of ERP system and databases.
3.2. Ensuring that external/internal regulations and policies governing data management are met, including regulations concerning security, audit and privacy.
3.3. Troubleshooting application and database problems on a timely basis.
3.4. Maintaining liaison with business and technical staff and extended support organizations for resolution of MES, ERP and database problems.
3.5. Train other developers in the team.
3.6. Exploring new tools and technologies, using them to improve business processes.
3.7. Implement integration applications between IT systems.
3.8. Keeping all tasks updated in IT ticketing system.
3.9. Working with end-users to analyze, design, construct and implement applications in support of business operations; documenting applications and providing cross-functional training as needed.
3.10. Coordinating the design and testing of application/database system upgrades with users and technical staff.
3.11. Preparing test plans and evaluating test results for application implementations, modifications or upgrades.
3.12. Developing training materials for end users.
3.13. Other duties as assigned.
4. Authority and Obligation:
