We are seeking a talented and professional Manager (Software Developer Skillset) to join our team.

Responsibilities:

  • Works collaboratively with subject matter experts and other internal resources to develop a variety of documents, guides, reference material, process maps, and work instructions.
  • Produce high-quality, audience appropriate process control manuals for and technical road map documentation that contributes to the overall internal cloud process, systems, and tools.
  • Translate technical ideas and processes into easy-to-understand documentations.
  • Ensure documentation follows companycompliancestandards and branding guidelines.
  • Gather feedback and revise documentation as needed.
  • Participate and often lead custom solutions and integration with related software solutions, and standards.
  • Subject Matter Expert inleading integration of key business functions into architecture, design, testing, and implementation of software solutions.
  • Willing to design, code, help create and analyze requirements.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Ability to adjust to changing priorities and deadlines.
  • Work through all phases of the project lifecycle, including reviewing requirements, designing services that lay foundation for the new technology platform, building new interfacesand integrate with existing architectures, developing and testing code, and delivering seamless implementations.
  • Remain committed to successful delivery to the client on every engagement (success metricsinvolve deliverables met, client satisfaction, future project recommendations/extensions and collaboration).
  • Prioritize individual operational excellence by meeting or exceeding all utilization goals while driving their team members to complete necessary activities that target billable hours.
  • Contribute to evolv's culture and people development through collaborating well internally, serving as a trusted advocate of our mission/vision/core values, participates or leads in internal initiatives (events/groups), and/or obtains/motivates team to obtain new approved certifications.
  • Help grow evolv by understanding how we build client partnerships and evolv brand. This includes uncovering new opportunities at clients, providing team member/client referrals and remaining connected within evolv's internal network.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field preferred.
  • Experience with full stackdevelopment, including but not limitedto:.NET Core, C#,Java,SQL, a modern front-end technology (Angular, React, Vue, or Aurelia).
  • 7+ overall application development experience.
  • Experience in leading application development teams, ideally on Product Development related projects.
  • Experience working with or presenting to clients or upper management.
  • Strong product mindset - understanding what systems are being built, what goals are needing to be met, and how it affects businesses/customers.
  • Some experience with AWS and or Azure.
  • Experience developing and delivering software in an agile methodology.
  • Experience mentoring junior software engineers to improve their skills, and make them more effective, product software engineers.
  • Experience in communicating with users, other technical teams, and senior management to collect requirements, describe software product features, technical designs, and product strategy.
  • Must be able to independently solve complex problems by utilizing experience and other resources.
  • Knowledge of professional software engineering practices & best practices for the full software development life cycle, including coding standards, code reviews, source control management, build processes, testing, and operations.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
