Description
Plan, gather requirements, design, develop, validate, deploy, and support full Product Development Lifecycle (PDLC) of Connected Customer and Mobility Solutions (CCMS) applications including Back Office microservices to send and receive data to and from passenger vehicles using Java, J2EE, Kafka, Docker, and SQL (Structure Query Language) languages, and Spring Boot, JavaScript Object Notation (JSON), Vault, JUnit, Cucumber, Gatling, Kubernetes, Git, Kibana, OAUTH 2.0, Certificate Signing Request (CSR), Maven, Jenkins, Oracle 10g/11,and Unix tools. Perform requirements analysis, software review, identification of code metrics, system risk analysis, software reliability analysis, Object-Oriented Programming (OOPS) analysis and design, and Aspect Oriented Programming (AOP). Implement OnStar vehicle insights that assist, alert, and report the driving behavior of the fleet vehicles. Build predelivery consent microservice to provide various features including customized trip details using Java Spring Boot in Pivotal Cloud Foundry (PCF). Apply Test Driven Development (TDD) principles (JUnit, Mockito, and Spring Test frameworks) to maintain more than 95% code coverage with JUnit test cases.
Additional Description
Master’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related field. One (1) year of experience as Developer, Engineer, Programmer Analyst, or related role. Must also have experience with: developing, validating, deploying applications including Back Office microservices to send and receive data using Java, J2EE, and Kafka languages, and Spring Boot, JavaScript Object Notation(JSON), and Junit tools, or related.
