Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement Social Media strategies to increase brand awareness and engagement
- Create, curate, and manage all published content (images, videos, written and audio) across various Social Media platforms
- Monitor Social Media channels for industry trends, competitor activity, and audience insights
- Engage with followers, respond to comments and messages in a timely manner
- Collaborate with marketing team to create and execute digital marketing campaigns
- Conduct research to stay up-to-date with the latest Social Media trends and best practices
- Collaborate with designers to create visually appealing graphics and videos for Social Media posts
- Utilize Adobe Illustrator or similar software for graphic design tasks
- Edit videos using video editing software for Social Media content
- Manage Social Media advertising campaigns, including budget allocation and performance tracking
- Monitor and analyze Social Media metrics to measure the success of campaigns and make data-driven recommendations
Skills:
- Strong understanding of digital marketing principles and strategies
- Proficient in web analytics tools (Google Analytics) to track Social Media performance
- Advanced knowledge of Adobe Illustrator or similar graphic design software
- Excellent research skills to gather information on industry trends and audience preferences
- Experience in video editing using software such as Adobe Premiere Pro or Final Cut Pro
- Proven track record in managing Social Media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn)
- Familiarity with e-commerce platforms and strategies for driving online sales
- Ability to create engaging content that aligns with brand identity and stigmatise guidelines
- Attention to detail for proofreading content before publishing
