Allstate Insurance - NN Agency is looking to add a full-time CSR to our Team.
Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional Customer Service to clients via phone, email, and chat
- Handle inbound and outbound calls to assist customers with inquiries, orders, and complaints
- Analyze customer needs and provide appropriate solutions
- Upsell products and services to maximize sales opportunities
- Communicate effectively to assist customers
- Maintain accurate customer records and update information as needed
Skills:
- Strong Customer Service skills with the ability to handle difficult situations professionally
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to analyze customer needs and provide appropriate solutions
- Experience in outbound calling and upselling is a plus
- Proficient in using computer systems and software applications
