Job Description
We are building a Social Media team and we want you to be a part of it! This is a Full-Time role at our Scottsdale location with some flexibility for remote work. We want your creativity and energy at our new studio, focused on fun, relatable, video content for ecommerce applications.
Responsibilities:
Track, monitor, and report performance of all organic Social Media efforts.
Manage all online reviews and rating platforms.
Work with the Chief Brand Architect and our Chief Marketing Consultant to organize and execute organic social strategies for marketing campaigns, promotions, and to build an organic community on our social platforms.
Collaborate with our Chief Brand Architect to brainstorm and plan content ideas to fuel social posting for campaigns/quarterly initiatives. As well as come up with some fun organic social content.
Develop and maintain a positive public company image through public-facing communication via Social Media and any other external public pages.
Write copy for Social Media posts and keep our Social Media channels up to date.
Work with graphic design contractors to fulfill brand needs for our various social platforms.
Plan and implement a Social Media content calendar, scheduling posts and collaborating with the Chief Brand Architect to capture stories and information for Social Media.
Some visual content creation (graphic design and photo editing).
Requirements:
Education: Bachelor's degree in public relations, communications, marketing, or a similar field.
Work Experience: 2 years in marketing, communications, or Social Media management. 1 year of graphic design experience (Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Lightroom, Figma and Canva).
The skills you need to succeed:
- Proficient in Social Media platforms like Meta (Facebook/Instagram), X (formerly Twitter), TikTok, and LinkedIN.
- Proficient in managing review platforms like Google Reviews, G2, and Glassdoor.
- Knowledge of Social Media KPI’s and web traffic metrics.
- Knowledge of digital marketing principles, flywheel marketing, and principles like a marketing funnel.
- Proficient in Social Media management tools like Hootsuite or Sprout.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite.
- Analytical and detail oriented.
- Strong writing skills and oral communication skills.
More is better:
- Graphic Design Platforms (Adobe, Canva, etc.)
- Cloud-based Platforms (Google Drive, One Drive, etc.)
- Excellent knowledge of Microsoft office.
- Paid Media Knowledge (Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, etc.)
- Comfortable on Camera, strong presentation skills.
- Has intermediate understanding of Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and similar tools.
