The Social Media Specialist Contractor is a strategic communicator and storyteller who will be responsible for curating the Liveops story across our Social Media channels in order to drive engagement and interest. You’ll curate for both our enterprise B2B audience as well as our agent (B2C) community. This person is creative, organized, and excited about collaborating across different teams.
The Purpose of Your Role
The Social Media Specialist Contractor will drive awareness and engagement to our B2B and B2C audiences through a collaborative Social Media strategy. This person will develop and share our thought leadership and agent-facing content across all social channels (including graphic design and copywriting), create engagement, grow our audiences, and optimize content based on analytics.
The Expertise We’re Looking For
- Expert in community and reputation management, including (but not exclusive to) LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, X/Twitter, TikTok, Glassdoor, Indeed, and Google
- Excellent oral and written communication skills with a knack for short-form copywriting for social audiences
- Demonstrable achievement in developing and executing Social Media strategy
- Ability to easily translate data into insights to improve outcomes
- Forward-thinking planner with excellent organization skills and attention to detail
- Proficient at pulling data together and reporting results to a broader cross-functional audience
- Experience in Social Media management platforms, such as Sprout Social or Hootsuite
- B2B Social Media marketing experience a plus
- 4+ years of experience in digital marketing and Social Media
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, communication or related field
- Experience creating designs and editing videos in platforms like Canva, Adobe InDesign, or Illustrator

- Establish Social Media strategy through company news, culture, case studies and storytelling, complemented by competitive research, historical data and industry trends
- Collaborate closely with the marketing department and cross-functionally across the organization as needed.
- Develop and execute a Social Media content calendar, outlining a consistent posting schedule for all platforms
- Generate, edit and post compelling content, including graphics, that aligns with brand guidelines and mission, personalized to the appropriate audience and infusing brand voice
- Ability to collaborate across multiple departments (agent acquisition, agent experience, sales, etc) to find and create unique and engaging content
- Listen and respond to community feedback across social platforms and deliver great customer service in helpful and efficient responses
- Manage online reputation sites (Glassdoor, Indeed, Google) by monitoring responses, reporting trends and responding to all comments
- Manage employee advocacy program through Sprout Social. Identify posts for sharing, write copy, deploy bi-monthly newsletters and track performance
- Continuously track and analyze metrics, adjust strategy and content accordingly
- Additional marketing and content tasks as needed
