Responsibilities:
- Assist the manager in developing marketing strategies and Social Media plans for alternative hair replacement products, including wigs and hair toppers.
- Create engaging content to promote wigs, toppers, and other hair products across Social Media platforms.
- Exhibit proficiency and comfort in presenting products on live streams and Social Media platforms, and in producing demonstration videos and other promotional materials.
- Maintain current knowledge of emerging technologies and trends in Social Media, design tools, and applications to ensure competitive advantage.
- Monitor and analyze Social Media trends and competitor activities to inform strategic decisions.
- Respond professionally to direct messages, inquiries, and comments via social channels, ensuring timely and constructive engagement.
- Support the management of relationships with influencers and creators who align with the brand's values and objectives.
Requirements:
· Must be comfortable being on camera, as this position requires someone who can shoot footage of themselves wearing wigs in addition to posting UGC and other content.
· Previous experience in fashion and beauty industries preferred.
· Previous experience of working with hair loss community preferred.
· Previous experience of Social Media marketing preferred.
· Experience with major Social Media platforms including Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Pinterest, Twitter, etc.
· Associate degree and above in marketing and related field.
Part time, 4 hours shift on site, 20 hours per week
$20 to $25 per hour
