Chief Financial Officer

```Overview```
We are seeking a highly experienced and strategic Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to join our organization. As the CFO, you will play a critical role in driving the financial success of our company through effective financial planning, risk management, and strategic decision-making. This is a senior leadership position that requires strong financial acumen and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.

```Duties```
- Oversee all aspects of corporate accounting, including financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting
- Develop and implement financial strategies to support the company's growth objectives
- Manage the supply chain function to optimize efficiency and minimize costs
- Lead the payroll function to ensure accurate and timely processing of employee compensation
- Implement risk management practices to identify and mitigate potential financial risks
- Conduct financial modeling and analysis to support strategic planning initiatives
- Ensure compliance with COSO (Committee of Sponsoring Organizations) internal control framework
- Collaborate with executive team to develop and execute strategic plans for the organization
- Provide leadership and guidance to finance team members, fostering a culture of continuous improvement

Pay: $100,000.00 - $167,961.00 per year
