Position Overview:
The Marketing and Brand Manager will play a pivotal role in developing and executing strategic marketing initiatives to enhance brand awareness, drive client acquisition, and foster client engagement. This individual will be responsible for managing all aspects of market campaigns, brand development, and digital marketing activities to support the company’s growth objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
· Develop and execute marketing plans and programs in conjunction with company leadership to ensure the profit and growth and expansion of the company.
· Works within the marketing budget and analyzes the plan and measures effectiveness.
· Follows company brand standards while customizing and creating marketing materials.
· Partner with cross-functional teams, including Commercial Lines and Personal Lines to understand marketing goals and drive growth.
· Digital Marketing Management
o Oversee digital marketing efforts, including website management, SEO/SEM, email marketing, social media strategy, digital campaign content and online advertising campaigns.
· Public Relations and Corporate Communications
o Manges public relations activities, including media relations, press releases, and corporate communications to enhance brand reputation and visibility to include managing applications for various industry and community awards.
o Represent brand at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities.
· Internal Communications to enhance brand with internal team.
o Newsletter management
· Event Management
Job Requirements:
· Bachelor’s degree in marketing, advertising, or related field
· Minimum 3 years of digital marketing experience
· Marketing agency experience a plus
· Strong strategic thinking and analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actional insights.
· Demonstrated expertise in developing and implementing successful marketing campaigns across multiple channels.
· Proficiency in digital marketing platforms, including WordPress, Canva, email marketing, social media management, and web analytics tools.
· Excellent interpersonal skills
· Excellent written and oral communications
· Exceptional organizational skills, project management, multi-tasking, detail oriented, excellent collaboration skills with a service-minded approach and ability to work independently and prioritize tasks.
· Creative thinker with a passion for branding, storytelling, and innovation.
· Ability to accept constructive feedback, demonstrate positive attitude and pride in workmanship.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $60,000.00 - $68,000.00 per year
