[Job Summary]
In collaboration with the marketing manager and digital agencies, this role will require you to be responsible for the execution of results-oriented, Social Media Marketing campaigns, as well as ongoing content building and community management of a dynamic social following across all platforms.
[Job Description]
- Collaborate with the marketing manager and digital agencies to develop the brand's paid and organic Social Media content strategy, daily posting cadence, and community management across all Social Media channels including FB, Twitter, Instagram, YouTube and TikTok.
- Manage, coordinate, and schedule the social editorial calendar that supports our brand marketing campaigns and overall brand objectives.
- Help create and implement a plan for authentic community engagement to build engagement and interactions across platforms.
- Analyze and track Social Media KPI performance and ROIs, while building and updating monthly/weekly performance reports.
- Respond and interact with follower comments and communications in a timely and consistent manner.
- Manage the execution of influencer marketing campaigns on Social Media and beyond from start to finish, ensuring all deliverables are produced according to timelines.
- Maintain and nurture existing influencer relationships that help drive brand KPI's and conversions.
- Continuously scout new influencers and negotiate partnerships and collaborations.
- Keep up to date with the latest Social Media trends and provide insights on trending content.
- Maintain brand standards and quality control of photos, videos, and copywriting for all marketing campaigns and influencer deliverables.
[Qualifications]
- Seeking a candidate who is detail-oriented and interested in working on all areas of Social Media and influencer marketing.
- 2+ years Social Media/Influencer marketing experience, preferably within the beauty or fashion industry
- Passion for cultivating relationships, building community, and representing the brand in an authentic and professional manner with influencers.
- Experience with Social Media channels including Instagram, YouTube, Facebook, Twitter, and Tik Tok.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with an attention to detail.
- A problem-solver, who is self-motivated, results-driven, creative and resourceful with a positive, can-do attitude.
- Proficiency using standard office software applications, including Word, Excel, and Powerpoint.
