```Qualifications```
- Proven work experience as a Social Media Specialist or similar role
- In-depth knowledge of social media platforms and their respective audiences
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Proficient in social media management tools such as Buffer or Hootsuite
- Experience with photography, graphic design, video editing, and Adobe Creative Suite
- Familiarity with social listening tools to monitor brand mentions and sentiment analysis
- Knowledge of online advertising platforms such as Google Ads or Facebook Ads Manager
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Strong analytical skills to interpret data and make data-driven decisions
