- Define and execute Social Media content strategies at the intersection of marketing and thought leadership
- Produce Social Media assets to support pre-event, during-event, and post-event content, including branded assets, photography, video, on-the-fly copywriting, and photo editing
- Brief executives/leadership on direction, talking points, and format to help capture useful content, efficiently and manage on-the-ground requests to ensure strategic alignment
- Collaborate across communications, executive voice and social advocacy teams on amplification strategy
- Be available for onsite opportunities to capture content, including photos, short-form video, and social-specific assets
- Brief in brand and creative teams on branded assets and support the team from concept to completion
- Own the events calendar from a Social Media POV, clearly communicating key dates and content plans to seamlessly integrate with the global calendar
- Serve as point person for partner marketing teams, ensuring strategic alignment from pre-planning through event wrap-up
- 5+ years of experience in Social Media, content and/or corporate communications
- Excellent collaboration, written and verbal communications, and problem-solving skills
- A curious mindset and ability to translate stakeholder inputs into compelling, globally-relevant social content
- Ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced work environment; work well within tight deadlines and respond to changing requirements
- Apt at asking questions and seeking clarity when called for, with the ability to listen to and act on constructive feedback to ensure content is accurate and on message
- Must be proficient in all Microsoft Office tools and software
- Proficiency in Canva and/or graphic design software
- Able to take projects from start to finish with minimal supervision
- Extreme attention to detail and consistency, with an inherent drive for fast, smart strategy and excellent execution
- Able to work remotely—and at ease with same
- Ability to travel; percentage of travel time 10 - 20%
- BS/BA degree.
Salary And Other Compensation

The annual salary for this position is between $65,000 - $90,000, depending on experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
This position is also eligible for Cognizant’s discretionary annual incentive program, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant’s applicable plans.
