Social Media Manager

Job Overview:
We are seeking a talented and experienced Social Media Manager to join our team. As a Social Media Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing Social Media strategies to increase brand awareness, engage with our audience, and brinh patients into the practice. This is a dynamic role that requires creativity, strategic thinking, and excellent communication skills.

Duties:
- Develop and execute Social Media strategies to achieve business objectives
- Create engaging and shareable content for various Social Media platforms
- Manage Social Media accounts and monitor online conversations
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure brand consistency
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in Social Media
- Analyze Social Media data and generate reports on key metrics
- Respond to patient inquiries and comments in a timely manner
- Monitor competitor activity and identify opportunities for growth
- Collaborate with influencers and brand ambassadors to expand reach
- Conduct market research to identify target audience preferences

Qualifications:
- Proven work experience as a Social Media Manager or similar role
- Solid knowledge of Social Media platforms, includingTikTok, Instagram, and YouTube, etc.
- Experience with content creation, video editing, and graphic design tools
- Familiarity with Social Media management tools such as Hootsuite or Buffer
- Strong understanding of public relations principles and advertising techniques
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to multitask and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions

Pay: $40,000.00 - $45,000.00 per year
