Social Media Manager

Sprinkles is seeking a Social Media Manager to join our Marketing team. This role requires expertise in Social Media platforms, data-driven strategy, analytics, content creation, and community management. You will collaborate across the Marketing team to drive brand initiatives forward with high-energy and curiosity for trends, pop culture, and all things food related. We need someone adaptable, detail-oriented, and passionate about creativity and innovation. The ideal candidate is a natural leader who can run projects seamlessly and stay ahead of industry trends.

Responsibilities:

· Develop and execute Social Media strategies to enhance brand visibility, sales-driven initiatives, and engagement across various platforms.

· Create and publish high-quality, engaging content tailored to each platform’s audience and trends (Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, TikTok).

· Set goals and utilize analytic tools to track, analyze, and report on Social Media performance, using data insights to optimize strategies and content.

· Foster community engagement by responding timely to comments and messages and building guest rapport.

· Stay ahead of industry trends, platform updates, and emerging technology to continually innovate and improve Social Media efforts.

· Collaborate with internal and external teams to align Social Media initiatives with overall marketing objectives and campaigns.

· Manage advertising campaigns, including budget allocation, targeting, and performance monitoring.

· Cultivate partnerships and collaborations with influencers, brands, and organizations to expand reach and drive brand advocacy.

· Stay up to date with best practices and compliance guidelines for Social Media marketing and advertising.

Knowledge + Skills:

· 3+ years of experience with Social Media management, preferably within the restaurant, retail, or consumer goods industry

· Deep understanding of Social Media platforms, including but not limited to Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and TikTok

· Proficiency in Social Media management tools and analytic platforms such as Sprout social or similar

· Strong copywriting and content creation skills, with the ability to craft engaging and compelling content tailored to each platform and target audience

· Demonstrated ability to develop and execute Social Media strategies that drive brand awareness, growth, engagement, and conversion

· Demonstrates passion for being “best in brand,” staying ahead of trends, and actively engaging with diverse trends and influences

· Strong project management skills, with the ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and drive results

· Experience in graphic design, photography, and video production/ editing is a plus
