We are a small company, and we are making a pivot in our industry and need someone who knows the digital side of marketing. This will be something you will build from the ground up, so experience is a plus.. We are looking for someone who will take initiative and does not need to be micromanaged. We want someone who can see the vision and make it come alive in the digital world and can bring customers, followers and opportunities to our company and build the brand. Your input will be crucial as we transition.

We will market through Social Media, email, publications, website, our rewards program, and anything else you suggest that makes sense.

Duties:
- Develop and implement Social Media strategies to increase brand awareness and engagement
- Manage all Social Media platforms, including but not limited to Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and LinkedIn
- Create and curate engaging content for Social Media posts, including graphics, videos, and written copy
- Monitor Social Media trends and stay up-to-date with industry best practices
- Conduct social listening to gather insights and feedback from the audience
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure consistent brand messaging across all channels
- Analyze Social Media metrics and generate reports to measure the success of campaigns
- Stay informed about emerging Social Media platforms and tools

- Maintain Websites (Wix and Wordpress)

- Manage our internal rewards site

Requirements:
- Proven work experience as a Social Media Manager or similar role
- In-depth knowledge of e-commerce trends and strategies
- Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator and other graphic design software
- Strong understanding of Social Media management tools and analytics platforms
- Familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite for creating visually appealing content
- Knowledge of web design principles and SEO best practices
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to multitask and manage multiple Social Media accounts simultaneously
- Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $65,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
