Community Engagement: Monitor and respond to comments, messages, and mentions on Social Media channels promptly. Foster positive relationships with followers and address customer inquiries or concerns in a timely and professional manner. Social Media Strategy: Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement Social Media strategies aligned with overall marketing objectives. Stay informed about industry trends and competitor activities to adjust strategies accordingly. Analytics and Reporting: Utilize Social Media analytics tools to track and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs). Generate regular reports on Social Media performance and make data-driven recommendations for improvement. Campaign Management: Plan and execute Social Media campaigns to promote products, services, or events. Monitor campaign performance and make real-time adjustments to optimize results. Social Listening: Stay attuned to online conversations and trends related to our industry, brand, and relevant topics. Identify opportunities for engagement and participate in relevant discussions.
