The ideal candidate is a creative individual with a passion for Social Media, excellent communication skills, and a keen understanding of current Social Media trends. Responsibilities: Content Creation: Develop engaging and relevant content for various Social Media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, etc.). Create multimedia content, including images, videos, and infographics, to convey our brand message effectively. Community Engagement: Monitor and respond to comments, messages, and mentions on Social Media channels promptly. Foster positive relationships with followers and address customer inquiries or concerns in a timely and professional manner. Social Media Strategy: Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement Social Media strategies aligned with overall marketing objectives. Stay informed about industry trends and competitor activities to adjust strategies accordingly. Analytics and Reporting: Utilize Social Media analytics tools to track and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs). Generate regular reports on Social Media performance and make data-driven recommendations for improvement. Campaign Management: Plan and execute Social Media campaigns to promote products, services, or events. Monitor campaign performance and make real-time adjustments to optimize results. Social Listening: Stay attuned to online conversations and trends related to our industry, brand, and relevant topics. Identify opportunities for engagement and participate in relevant discussions.
Job Requirement: In-depth knowledge of various Social Media platforms and their best practices. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Creative mindset with the ability to think outside the box. Familiarity with Social Media analytics tools and reporting. Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
