Set up and monitors the operation of the Divider/V-Mag ensuring product meets Company standards and specifications.
Responsibilities
- Set up Divider and inspect to assure it is ready to operate
- Ensure doubles are removed before entry into proofer
- Monitor dough consistency and communicate with Mixer Operator and Foreperson
- Ensure dusters do not run out of Muffin-cornmeal
- Ensure Monkey Paws timing inspected and aligned with proofer cups
- Dough flow hopper to be scraped each hour and stairs kept clean of flour and dough
- Complete appropriate documentation, notify Foreperson when outside established range
- Ensure that our product meets the company's standards and specifications.
- Complete, legible and accurate documentation.
- Must communicate with Supervision of any Food Safety or Equipment concerns
- All other assigned tasks.
Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or equivalent is preferred
- Minimum 1 year in manufacturing or food environment
- Clear and concise. Ability to read and write accurate and legible documentation
Shift: 3rd
Hourly Rate: $23.00 - $34.00
