SOCIAL MEDIA MARKETING MANAGER (ASSISTANT TO CEO)

($52K-$70K) Base, PLUS Medical/Dental, plus Bonus – 

(Fort Myers, FL) …

 

 

 

Your Qualifications/Experience

A 4-year- Degree in Management, Business, Digital Marketing, or another Business-related field is preferred, but not necessary.

 

- Recent College Grads Welcome! 

 

Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience working in a SOCIAL MEDIA MARKETING capacity for a small business or a marketing department, or a digital marketing company. 

 

Understanding of basic SOCIAL MEDIA MARKETING and a desire to learn more, FB, IG, TikTok, YouTube, Linked In, etc. 

 

-Experience posting online content and engaging using some or all the following platform’s FB, IG, TikTok, Linked In, YouTube

 

Understanding of formatting sizes of video content/assets and other creatives for various SOCIAL MEDIA platforms: IG, FB, YouTube, Linked In, formatting, etc. etc.  (for example, proper size and length for a video Reel, etc.)

 

Creative Design Experience is a HUGE PLUS! Using CANVA, Photoshop, etc.

 

Creative Design Experience in creating/launching landing pages, websites, and creating “eye-catching” SOCIAL MEDIA cards used for sponsored ads, organic posts, etc.

 

Past experience using a CRM. (Go-Hi Level experience preferred, but not necessary. Managing data from CRM for online campaigns, sales performance, lead gen, paid ads, etc. would be highly desirable.

 

Ability to edit websites/landing pages.

 

Email/Text Automation:  Experience formatting emails, creating email drip campaigns, and automating text messaging/blasts inside a CRM is extremely helpful.

 

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Strong organizational, project management, and problem-solving skills with impeccable multi-tasking abilities

Tech-savvy with an aptitude for learning and working within various software platforms, CRMs, and able to become familiar with company-specific programs and software.

 

- Ability to travel a few days out of the month to conferences, events, and business functions 

 

 

 

Your Responsibilities

Social Media Marketing Management (70%)

 

In this role, you will own and execute a broad spectrum of marketing activities across film, SOCIAL MEDIA, digital marketing and management-level operations for a fast-growing company.

Working side by side the Founder & CEO, you will work in a high growth, fast paced, industry-disrupting company.

You will be primarily responsible for Social Media Marketing, online brand building, and other general marketing activities, where you can assist in different marketing practice areas -from campaign management to marketing operations, events coordination, and more.

 

Assist in the coordination and project management of marketing campaigns, both external-facing and internal-facing.

Coordinate the execution of marketing events, including third-party marketing affiliates in paid ads, film, and other outside marketing agencies.

Event Coordination of Boot Camps, Meet & Greets, Film Premieres, and other Business Event & Travel activities.

Update & manage our CRM (HubSpot) and ensure data accuracy and integrity of Marketing Contacts/Companies and other system maintenance activities

Responsible for marketing swag and collateral, including procurement, inventory management, and distribution internally/externally

Manage the library of internal and external Marketing tools, video and creative assets, and content, ensuring they had formatting

Provide general administrative support to CEO and rest of external Marketing Team as needed to help ensure our campaigns and programs are as timely and efficient as possible

CEO EXECUTIVE ASSISTANT (25%)

Coordinate the scheduling and agenda preparation for CEO and External Team, including follow-up on actions where required

Prepare agenda and coordinate the deck preparation for our monthly internal Town Hall and other internal events

Manage the unique office experience in our NEW North Fort Myers Film & Digital Marketing Studio to ensure clients visiting, and staff are fully catered (i.e. grocery order, meals & entertainment, local travel and has the resources needed (i.e. office supplies)

Meeting coordination and preparation CEO and management team members (i.e. offsites filming events, on-site filming events, training bootcamps, workshops, etc.)

Coordinate travel arrangements as required for the CEO for events and meetings

Assist CEO in effective diary management and general administrative tasks, maintaining CEO daily, weekly, monthly calendar 

Provide minor Assistance to CEO for personal coordination, travel, events related to family affairs

MVG is a unique, state-of-the-art, Film & digital Marketing Studio located on a 4 four-acre property in North Fort Myers that serves Entrepreneurs and Small Business Owners all across America!  We provide a wide variety of unique products and services that assist startups and business owners alike in many areas of growth: business consulting, brand building, leadership skills, public speaking, online content, and campaign creation including:  brainstorming, script writing, green room and podcast film creation, video editing, online lead generation campaigns, as well as unique online virtual training for a variety of industries.
 

Our NEW Film & Digital Marketing Facility located on 4 acres in North Fort Myers has recently been completed and set for grand opening and staffing in early August 2023.  The Executive Assistant position will be the first hire for this particular studio location and assist the Founder/CEO with initial new hires and staffing, as well as fine tuning operational setup of the studio prior to anticipated grand opening date.
 

Scope
We are seeking an experiences Social Media Marketing Manager to join our growing team. In this role, you will own and execute a broad spectrum of activities across marketing and management-level operations. Reporting to the Founder & CEO, you will work in an industry-disrupting company with the room and resources to grow.
 

Generalist marketing activities are the primary component of this role, where you can assist in different marketing practice areas - from SOCIAL MEDIA MARKETING to campaign management to marketing operations, events coordination, and more.


Admin Executive support activities help support our Founder & CEO daily workflow, SOCIAL MEDIA posting and engagement, lead and client follow up as well as setting up zoom calls, meetings, travel, primarily for business activities, but some cross over with CEO personal areas of coordination.
 

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities required


A Degree in Business, Film & Media, Social Media Marketing, and/ or others similar business-related field
 

Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in a similar business environment, preferably post college

Experience of basic SOCIAL MEDIA MARKETING and a desire to learn more

 

Experience using various forms of SOCIAL MEDIA MARKETING, to include posting and engaging using some or all of the following platforms Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Reels, Linked In, YouTube

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Strong organizational, project management, and problem-solving skills with impeccable multi-tasking abilities

Tech-savvy with an aptitude for learning and working within various software platforms and able to become familiar with company-specific programs and software

Able to work cross-functionally, build rapport and delegate tasks as required collaboration and delegation of duties

Professional presence, confidence, and eloquence in meetings and presentations  
- Ability to travel up to 5 days out of the month to attend conferences, events, and other related business functions
