- Must have excellent guest service skills; outgoing personality and demonstrate friendliness and enthusiasm
- Demonstrate a complete knowledge of Double Down Dogs offerings; drinks, items, pricing, ingredients, preparation methods, and service techniques
- Take and fulfill orders from Guests and anticipate their needs
- Safely and effectively use all equipment essential to the position
- Responsible for all routine opening, during-service, and closing functions and checklists
- Respond to Guest requests or place Guest in contact with appropriate person for assistance
- Must be able to perform all food service duties
- Must be able to work at a fast pace with a sense of urgency
- Must have excellent guest service skills
- Ability to effectively work independently and as part of a team
- Must be able to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Able to communicate effectively to Guests and Team Members
- Must successfully complete a TiPS training class
