Entry LevelMarketing & Social Media Assistant
At David Francis, LLC customers are our top priority! We are an award-winning national furniture manufacturing and design company based in Vero Beach, Florida serving interior designers and residential clients, commercial projects, and large online retailers. The Marketing & Social Media Assistant serves an important day-to-day role in the company and will help with customer care responsibilities, manage our e-commerce platforms, Social Media, digital marketing, online advertising. You will interact with customers who reach out to David Francis via phone, email, and website in addition to providing daily support to the team of designers and project managers. This position offers an exciting opportunity for a detail-oriented and motivated individual to grow within the e-commerce marketing field.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the customer care team to ensure a consistent and positive customer experience.
- Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via email and phone.
- Address customer concerns, resolve issues, and escalate as necessary.
- Maintain a high level of product knowledge to provide accurate information and recommendations to customers.
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with the inventory team to ensure product availability.
- Manage and update product listings on our website and e-commerce platforms.
- Collaborate with the Marketing team to create and optimize online product listings, including images, descriptions, and pricing.
- Analyze e-commerce performance data and assist in making data-driven decisions to improve sales and customer experience.
- Assist the Marketing team in executing digital marketing campaigns, including e-commerce marketing, Social Media, and online advertising.
- Help monitor and analyze the effectiveness of marketing initiatives.
Qualifications:
- AA/AS Degree in Marketing or related field (preferred)
- Previous experience in e-commerce management or marketing is a plus
- QuickBooks Knowledge is a plus
- Demonstrate excellent communication skills (verbal, writing, and listening)
- Ability to multi-task with strong organizational skills and time management
- High level of attention to detail
- Ability to read and analyze various types of reports
- Advanced skills in Microsoft Office Suites (Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)
- Customer-focused attitude with the ability to empathize and problem-solve
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent understanding of web and email systems
- 1+ years of experience in customer service, sales, or related field
Job Details:
- Pay rate: Based on qualifications, $17 per hour
- Job Type: Full Time, 35-40 hours per week, 8am -4pm M-F
- Dental and Vision insurance available at group rate, paid for by employee.
- PTO Starts at – 10 working days. Vacation hours are accrued bi-weekly.
- Additional PTO can be earned during performance reviews.
- Overtime – payable using the 40-hour rule at 1.5 times hourly rate.
- Paid Holidays – Schedule provided at time of employment (7-10 days dependent on calendar year).
