Job Title: Social Media Assistant
Overview: We are seeking a dynamic and creative individual to join our team as a Social Media Assistant. In this role, you will be responsible for supporting our Social Media efforts across various platforms. You will work closely with our marketing team to develop engaging content, interact with our online community, and help grow our brand presence on Social Media.
Responsibilities:
- Create and curate content for our Social Media channels, including Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, and TikTok.
- Assist in developing Social Media strategies to increase brand awareness, engagement, and traffic.
- Monitor Social Media platforms for trending topics, conversations, and opportunities to join relevant discussions.
- Engage with our audience by responding to comments, messages, and inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest trends, tools, and best practices in Social Media marketing.
- Assist in managing Social Media advertising campaigns, including budgeting, targeting, and optimization.
- Support the creation and scheduling of Social Media posts using management tools like Buffer, Hootsuite, or Sprout Social.
- Help maintain a consistent brand voice and visual identity across all Social Media channels.
