Position Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and organized individual to join our team as an Executive Admin Assistant/Social MediaContent Manager. This role requires versatility, creativity, and exceptional organizational skills to manage various tasks, including podcast creation, social Media Content creation, blog writing, book assistance, and interview scheduling.

Responsibilities:

Podcast Management: Coordinate all aspects of the podcast schedule, including guest outreach, booking, and recording sessions. Assist in the production process, from recording to editing and finalizing episodes. Utilize AI tools to streamline podcast-related tasks and optimize efficiency.

Social Media Content Creation: Develop engaging content for various social media platforms to promote the podcast and other brand initiatives.Create visually appealing graphics, videos, and captions to increase audience engagement. Schedule and publish social media posts using automated tools to maintain consistency and reach.

Content Development:Assist in writing blog posts related to podcast episodes, industry trends, and relevant topics. Collaborate with team members to outline and organize content for upcoming projects, including a book.

Interview Coordination: Schedule interviews with guests, ensuring timely communication and coordination. Record interviews and efficiently chop them into individual segments for social media promotion.

Administrative Support: Provide administrative assistance to executives, including calendar management, email correspondence, and meeting scheduling. Maintain organized records and files, ensuring easy access to necessary information.

Requirements:

Proven experience in social media planning and content creation.

Familiarity with podcast production processes and tools.

Strong writing and communication skills, with the ability to adapt content for different platforms and audiences.

Proficiency in utilizing AI tools and automation to streamline tasks.

Highly organized with excellent time management skills.

Previous experience supporting podcasts, YouTube channels, or similar digital media projects preferred.

Availability for four hours per day between noon and 4 PM Eastern Time.

  • Executive Admin Assistant/Social MediaContent Manager: 5 years (Preferred)
