Social Media And Front Desk Coordinator

This dual role requires a passion for the beauty and wellness industry, exceptional organizational skills, and the ability to create engaging content for Instagram, Tik Tok and Facebook.

Responsibilities:

Front Desk Operations:

• Greet and assist clients in a friendly and professional manner.
• Answer phones, schedule appointments, and manage appointment confirmations.
• Maintain a neat and organized Front Desk area.
• Process payments and handle billing inquiries.

Social Media Management:

• Develop and implement Social Media strategies to enhance brand visibility and engagement.
• Create visually appealing and compelling content for Instagram Reels and TikToks.
• Monitor Social Media trends and stay updated on industry best practices.
• Engage with followers, respond to comments, and foster a positive online community.
• Analyze Social Media metrics and generate reports to measure performance.

Customer Service:

• Provide excellent customer service to clients.
• Address client inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally.
• Assist in creating a welcoming and comfortable atmosphere for clients.

Requirements:

• Ability to manage multiple tasks with a keen eye for detail.
• Ensure accuracy in appointment scheduling and billing processes.
• Genuine passion for the beauty and wellness industry.
• Stay informed about the latest trends in skincare and beauty treatments.
• Maintain a positive and enthusiastic demeanor in all interactions.
• Collaborate effectively with team members to achieve common goals.

Social Media Skills:

• Proficient in creating engaging content for Instagram Reels and TikToks.
• Familiarity with Social Media platforms and trends.

Communication Skills:

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to interact professionally with clients and team members.
• Comfortable using Front Desk software and Social Media management tools.
• Quick learner for adopting new technologies as needed.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Prior experience in customer service and/or Social Media management is a plus.
