Responsibilities:
Front Desk Operations:
- Greet and assist clients in a friendly and professional manner.
- Answer phones, schedule appointments, and manage appointment confirmations.
- Maintain a neat and organized Front Desk area.
- Process payments and handle billing inquiries.
Social Media Management:
- Develop and implement Social Media strategies to enhance brand visibility and engagement.
- Create visually appealing and compelling content for Instagram Reels and TikToks.
- Monitor Social Media trends and stay updated on industry best practices.
- Engage with followers, respond to comments, and foster a positive online community.
- Analyze Social Media metrics and generate reports to measure performance.
Customer Service:
- Provide excellent customer service to clients.
- Address client inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally.
- Assist in creating a welcoming and comfortable atmosphere for clients.
Requirements:
- Ability to manage multiple tasks with a keen eye for detail.
- Ensure accuracy in appointment scheduling and billing processes.
- Genuine passion for the beauty and wellness industry.
- Stay informed about the latest trends in skincare and beauty treatments.
- Maintain a positive and enthusiastic demeanor in all interactions.
- Collaborate effectively with team members to achieve common goals.
Social Media Skills:
- Proficient in creating engaging content for Instagram Reels and TikToks.
- Familiarity with Social Media platforms and trends.
Communication Skills:
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to interact professionally with clients and team members.
- Comfortable using Front Desk software and Social Media management tools.
- Quick learner for adopting new technologies as needed.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Prior experience in customer service and/or Social Media management is a plus.
