Duties:
- Assist customers in finding their dream bridal gown and accessories
- Assist customers in finding their suits & tuxedos
- Provide excellent customer service and create a positive shopping experience
- Listen to customers' needs and preferences to make appropriate recommendations
- Educate customers on different styles, fabrics, and designers
- Communicate with customers on the phone before and after appointments
- Take accurate measurements and assist with fittings
- Process sales transactions and handle cash transactions
- Maintain a clean and organized sales floor
- Help prepare and alter tuxedos and suits
- Stock inventory and ensure merchandise is properly displayed
- Create content and posts for all Social Media channels
Requirements:
- Previous experience in retail sales, preferably in bridal or fashion industry
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively
- Basic math skills for cash handling and retail calculations
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple customers simultaneously
- Knowledge of bridal fashion trends and designers is a plus
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays (Saturdays 9-5 are required)
- Must be able to lift and carry wedding dresses

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $16.00 - $25.00 per hour
Expected hours: No more than 40 per week
