Job Summary
SIE Culinary Management is seeking a dynamic and dedicated individual to join our team as Front of House (Kitchenettes/Stocking/Server). This multifaceted role involves managing kitchenettes, overseeing stocking operations, and providing excellent service as a server. The ideal candidate will have a passion for hospitality, exceptional organizational skills, and a keen eye for maintaining a well-stocked and efficient Front of House environment.
Job Qualifications
Previous experience in a similar role within the hospitality industry.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle pressure gracefully.
- Basic knowledge of food safety regulations.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
Job Duties
Kitchenettes Management
Ensure cleanliness and organization of kitchenettes.
- Monitor and replenish kitchenette supplies, including snacks, beverages, and utensils.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to maintain a seamless workflow.
Stocking Operations
Manage inventory levels and order supplies as needed.
- Receive, inspect, and organize deliveries efficiently.
- Maintain accurate records of stock levels and expiration dates.
- Implement a first-in, first-out (FIFO) system to ensure product freshness.
Server Responsibilities
Provide exceptional customer service to clients, guests, and team members.
- Take and accurately process customer orders, ensuring special dietary needs are met.
- Deliver food and beverages promptly and professionally.
- Maintain a clean and organized server station.
Customer Interaction
Greet and assist customers with a friendly and positive attitude.
- Address customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly.
- Uphold the company's commitment to providing an exceptional customer experience.
Team Collaboration
Work collaboratively with kitchen and Front of House teams to ensure smooth operations.
- Communicate effectively with colleagues to coordinate tasks and address any challenges.
- Assist in training new staff members as needed.

Work Environment/Physical Demands
Exposures encountered, such as hazardous materials, loud noise, or extreme heat/cold for kitchen appliances.
- Essential physical requirements, such as climbing, standing, bending, stooping, and typing.
- Physical effort/lifting is medium - up to 50 pounds up to heavy - over 50 pounds.
