Site Program and Housing Manager, Sequoia National Park

The Opportunity 

Delaware North Parks and Resorts is hiring a Site Program and Housing Manager to join our team at Wuksachi Lodge in Sequoia National Park, California. As a Site Program and Housing Manager, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of the team member experience on site, including housing administration, health and safety, training and development, payroll support, and maintenance of personnel records. Pay

Minimum - Anticipated Maximum Base Salary: $66560 - $82600 / year

In addition to base salary, we offer an annual bonus plan based on company and individual performance, or a role-based, uncapped sales incentive plan. The advertised pay range represents what we believe at the time of this job posting, that we would be willing to pay for this position. Only in special circumstances, where a candidate has education, training, or experience that far exceeds the requirements for the position, would we consider paying higher than the stated range. Responsibilities 

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date human resource files, records, and documentation, and act as first point of contact for routine HR inquiries 
• Support with hiring, onboarding, and offboarding of team members, and manage employee experience and recognition programs 
• Assist with check ins, check outs, housing orientation, transportation, room turns, and collection of housing fees 
• Collect appropriate information and statements related to workplace injuries, employee concerns, and other issues as directed 
• Approve timecards and provide payroll support by administering mileage reimbursement, housing fees, wage garnishments, and other deductions 

Qualifications 

• High school degree or GED required; bachelor’s degree preferred 
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in management, human resources, or administration required 
• Must have a valid California driver’s license  
• Proficient in Microsoft Office 
• Professional in Human Resources certification preferred 

Physical Requirements 

• Exposure to variable temperatures and seasons

• Ability to stand for periods of time, bend, stoop, and climb stairs frequently

• Ability to lift up to 40 pounds
