Delaware North Parks and Resorts is hiring a Site Program and Housing Manager to join our team at Wuksachi Lodge in Sequoia National Park, California. As a Site Program and Housing Manager, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of the team member experience on site, including housing administration, health and safety, training and development, payroll support, and maintenance of personnel records. PayMinimum - Anticipated Maximum Base Salary: $66560 - $82600 / year
In addition to base salary, we offer an annual bonus plan based on company and individual performance, or a role-based, uncapped sales incentive plan. Only in special circumstances, where a candidate has education, training, or experience that far exceeds the requirements for the position, would we consider paying higher than the stated range. - High school degree or GED required; bachelor’s degree preferred
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in management, human resources, or administration required
- Must have a valid California driver’s license
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Professional in Human Resources certification preferred
Exposure to variable temperatures and seasons
Ability to stand for periods of time, bend, stoop, and climb stairs frequently
- Ability to lift up to 40 pounds
