This is a fun, fast paced environment where you will work within and supervise a team of staff to ensure the quality care and well-being of people with developmental/intellectual disabilities who live in this home. We are looking for someone who cares for the well being of others and wants is committed to leading a program of quality care.
This program operates 24/7 and this is not a Monday through Friday desk job. This is a salaried position and requires a person to be willing and able to flex hours and days to meet the needs of the program. Please submit a Letter of Interest and resume to be considered.

We pay for the cost of these post offer requirements:
-Must have or be able to successfully complete First Aid/CPR;
-Must have or be able to successfully complete: Regional Center Vendor Trainings; Community Care Licensing ARF Administrator and other trainings as required, within the first 9 months of hire.
Must pass Department of Justice (DOJ) and Federal Bureau of Investigations (FBI) background clearance.
-Must pass a post-offer, pre-employment physical and TB test.
You also have:
-Two years of direct care experience
-One year of supervisory experience.
-Reliable transportation, Valid California Driver's license and the ability to be insured by our insurance carrier is required.
-Experience with Title 22 & Title 17 regulations highly desirable.
-Must be 18 years of age or older.
-Have flexibility to be available to work days, evenings, holidays and weekends as required to meet the needs of the program.

Pay: $32.00 per hour
