Assistant Program Manager Working With Adults W/Disabilities (Full-Time)

We are looking for the right person to fill the role of Assistant Program Manager in our large, licensed, Adult Residential home located in Davis. This is a fun, fast paced environment where you will work within and supervise a team of staff to ensure the quality care and well-being of people with developmental/intellectual disabilities who live in this home. We are looking for someone who cares for the well being of others and wants is committed to leading a program of quality care.

This program operates 24/7 and this is not a Monday through Friday desk job. This is a salaried position and requires a person to be willing and able to flex hours and days to meet the needs of the program. Please submit a Letter of Interest and resume to be considered.

There is also an opportunity for growth for persons interested in obtaining ARF administration certification.

We pay for the cost of these post offer requirements:

-Must have or be able to successfully complete First Aid/CPR;

-Must have or be able to successfully complete: Regional Center Vendor Trainings; Community Care Licensing ARF Administrator and other trainings as required, within the first 9 months of hire.

Must pass Department of Justice (DOJ) and Federal Bureau of Investigations (FBI) background clearance.

-Must pass a post-offer, pre-employment physical and TB test.

You also have:

-Two years of direct care experience

-One year of supervisory experience.

-Reliable transportation, Valid California Driver's license and the ability to be insured by our insurance carrier is required.

-Experience with Title 22 & Title 17 regulations highly desirable.

-Must be 18 years of age or older.

-Have flexibility to be available to work days, evenings, holidays and weekends as required to meet the needs of the program.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $32.00 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 40 per week
