Job Responsibilities for our fast-paced office setting include:
>Exhibit polite & professional customer service/communication
>Inventory Management
>Review Work Orders
>Prepare Estimate of Repairs
>Accounts Receivable
>Organize/Review Billing for Customers
>Obtain PO’s for Billing
>Daily Yard Check
>General Office Administration
>Assist Shop Manager
Working Hours & Benefits:
>Full time 1st shift position 8 am to 4:30 pm Monday through Friday
>Paid Vacation/Holiday Pay

Experience Requirements:
>Previous experience in parts management and/or service writer - minimum 1 year
>High School diploma or equivalent education required
>Administrative Assistant experience
>Knowledge of appropriate software including: Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook, Microsoft PowerPoint and Adobe Acrobat
>Valid driver’s license and current automobile insurance
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
