- Work with Logistics and Expeditor to coordinate shipment of product to customer/vendors
- Navigate large and small parcel shipping software
- Receive incoming shipments in compliance with Purchase Order
- Create Packing List and Invoice compliant with Purchase Order
- Assign, create and send outside service Purchase Orders
- Coordinate necessary paperwork internally in compliance with customer standards
- Manage and direct outsource scheduling trips internally
- Use internal ERP system for receiving outsourcing, invoicing, shipping, PO creation, etc.
- Packaging and marking parts according to company standard and PO specifications
- Ability to read and understand PO’s, prints, and certification specifications
- Good communication, written, and organizational skills
- Ability to work overtime as needed to meet deadlines
