FLSA Status: Non-exempt
Summary Tracks plans and coordinates the timely shipping of all finished homes from the production facilities.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
Communicates shipping schedules to all affected parties, both internally and externally with our dealer accounts and transport companies.
Verifies home completion with RTS Coordinators internally prior to notifying homes are complete.
Prepare all required paperwork for homes ready to ship and schedule pick up times.
Confirm all payments have been received prior to shipment of homes.
Dispatches homes to Dealer and attaches permits.
Prepares State reports for all homes.
Prepares weekly and monthly reports for corporate office.
Qualifications
- Must be proficient in Microsoft Office software.
- Neat and organized in processing documentation.
- High School Graduate or Equivalent.
- Must pass pre-employment drug screen.
