Support repair and maintenance of small equipment utilizing a ticket service system to support both tracking and organization of requests.- Obtain/confirm details of equipment (make, model and serial number) and location.
- Working with authorized vendors to obtain repair material authorizations.
- Sourcing/identifying repair/maintenance parts.
- Present repair quotes to management to determine authorization to repair or replace.
- Manages loaner equipment shipping, tracking and return during equipment repairs.
- Strong organization and communication (written/verbal).
Administrative
- Manage email in box.
- Assist with purchasing database; maintenance, additions, deletions and pricing updates.
- Reconciliations using EXCEL.
- Support inventory recording, replenishment, and discrepancy investigation
- High attention to accuracy, supporting completion of government applications and filings.
- Monday – Friday: 8:00 am – 5:00 pm (hour lunch break), onsite role based in Boca Raton, FL.
- Experienced in MS Office (Excel, WORD, and Outlook). Advanced Outlook and Excel skills needed.
- Ability to lift 30 lbs.
