BILINGUAL Shipping and Receiving Coordinator (Office Position)

Our Logistics Coordinator is responsible for raw material receiving and final product shipping. This position will track and post all transactions related to shippings and Receivings to make sure our inventories are updated. This position requires strong organization and detail oriented skills, and the main challenge is to have all the records daily updated while ensuring customer satisfaction by shipping all products safely and correctly.
**This is not a forklift driver position** This is a clerical/Office Position that does data entry, tracking, analysis and follow ups for/to Shipping and Receiving
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Search trucks availability
• Internal shipping log
• Shipping report of daily sales
• PODS control
• Send notifications about shipment trackings
• Send sales samples and packages
• Verify, and record incoming material
• Arrange appropriate transportation of products
• Perform other administrative duties as assigned
• BOL preparation for scheduled trucks
• Take evidence of all loads an unloads
• Internal Shipping and Receiving Tracking
• Work with other team members to escalate any issues that may impact the customer
• Claims follow up
• Responsible of 5'S on yards and warehouse
• Internal reporting
• Double check with forklift for BOL follow ups
• Wire Rod Receiving and posting
• Finished Product Inventory
• Follow up on Internal Projects
• MIRO and MIGO follow up
• Access control for employees and vendors
• Weekly cycle Inventory
• Post any receipt of Material on SAP
• Supports on inventory discrepancies

Qualifications:

• 3+ years of experience in shipping, receiving, logistics, or other related fields
• Inventory control knowledge
• Ability to handle physical workload
• Ability to multitask, attention to detail and prioritize tasks
• Ability to thrive in fast-paced environment
• Strong organizational skills
• SAP knowledge
• Knowledge of Steel products or experience on steel industry is a plus
• Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record
• Despite this is an Office Position, our Logistics Coordinator may visit our Operations Floor and Warehouse several times a day.

• High School Diploma or GED

Compensation: $17.00 - $20.00 per hour
