The company’s technology platform labeled SmartGuide® collects, consolidates and arranges live linear channels, streaming channels, international/local channels, television programs, movies, regardless if free with ads, pay per view, or subscription based.

Position Summary:

The Shipping Logistics Coordinator plays a vital role in managing and coordinating shipping operations of remote vendors. This position focuses on overseeing the entire shipping process, collaborating with warehouse teams, and leveraging technology to ensure accurate and timely order fulfillment.

**This will be an On-Site only position, so please ensure you are prepared to work full-time in our Orlando HQ Office Monday thru Friday before submitting your application.

Responsibilities:

1. Remote Order Processing:

• Receive and process incoming orders remotely, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
• Verify product codes, quantities, and quality through virtual communication channels.

2. Virtual Inventory Management:

• Maintain accurate inventory records using remote access to warehouse management systems.
• Conduct regular virtual stock checks and reconcile discrepancies.

3. Remote Packaging and Labeling Oversight:

• Supervise and guide the packaging of products for shipment remotely, ensuring proper handling and labeling.
• Implement and enforce remote packaging standards to prevent damage during transit.

4. Virtual Shipping Coordination:

• Schedule and coordinate shipments remotely, considering delivery timelines and cost-effectiveness.
• Collaborate virtually with carriers and freight forwarders to optimize shipping processes.

5. Documentation and Compliance Management:

• Prepare shipping documents remotely, including invoices, bills of lading, and export/import paperwork.
• Ensure compliance with local and international shipping regulations through virtual channels.

6. Remote Quality Control:

• Implement remote quality control measures to guarantee the accuracy and condition of shipped goods.
• Investigate and resolve any shipping-related discrepancies or issues through virtual means.

7. Virtual Communication:

• Liaise virtually with internal departments, such as sales and customer service, to coordinate order fulfillment.
• Communicate through remote channels with carriers and logistics partners to track and monitor shipments.

8. Safety and Security Compliance:

• Adhere to safety protocols and regulations remotely, ensuring compliance with virtual security measures.

9. Continuous Improvement in Remote Operations:

• Identify areas for improvement in remote shipping processes and suggest virtual efficiency enhancements.
• Stay informed about industry trends and best practices in remote logistics and shipping.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in logistics or supply chain management is a plus.
• Proven experience in remote warehouse operations, particularly in shipping and logistics.
• Familiarity with virtual collaboration tools, warehouse management systems (WMS), and shipping software.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities for remote work.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in a remote setting.
• Attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.

Knowledge of safety and regulatory requirements in shipping.

An employee’s pay position will be based on several factors including, but limited to, relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, geographic location, performance, sales or revenue-based metrics, and business or organizational needs. This compensation range may also be modified in the future.

Additional forms of compensation may be discussed with candidates during the time of a final interview.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $21.00 - $26.00 per hour
