We are hiring immediately for a Shipping and Receiving Specialist.
The position is an in-office position. Split time between our Longmont and Westminster office.

What you’ll do day-to-day:
Will be responsible for establishing and maintaining facilities inventories. Perform administrative duties in support of activities related to the shipping of finished goods domestically and internationally. Communicate and coordinate with transportation companies. Handle routine questions and problems and maintain open communication with other departments throughout the shipping/delivery cycle.
Confirm the accuracy of invoices, bills and charges relative to the shipment of goods. Log order information into the computer and files and distribute paperwork as necessary. Maintain records and generate reports for accounting and other areas.
As a skilled specialist, complete tasks in resourceful and effective ways. Work on assignments requiring considerable judgment and initiative. Understand implications of work and make recommendations for solutions. Determine methods and procedures on new assignments.
Minimum Requirements:
- U.S. Citizen
- GED or High School Diploma
- International shipping experience
- Previous experience shipping via FedEx
- Previous experience in data input
- Demonstrated history of precise record keeping experience
- Demonstrated Microsoft Excel
Preferred Qualifications:
- Currently holds or is willing to obtain active forklift certification
- Previous experience operating a powered pallet jack
- demonstrated experience in establishing and maintaining facilities inventories

Our salary ranges are market-driven and set to allow for flexibility. Individual pay will be competitive based on a candidate’s unique set of knowledge, skills, and geographic diversity, with earnings potential commensurate with experience. The range for this position is:
$20.63 - $34.38 hourly.
