The Role
We are seeking a talented Accounts Receivable Specialist to ensure the accurate invoicing of customers and the timely collection of payments on behalf of the company.
Role Specifics
- Work Location:Remote, US [Please note, although this role is open to considering remote candidates, candidates located within the Denver, CO market (and open to hybrid work) will be given preference. Office location: 6100 Greenwood Plaza Blvd, Greenwood Village, CO 80111
- Reporting Structure: Reports to the Revenue & Automation Senior Manager
What You Will Own
- Verify and generate invoice details, including pricing, quantities, and terms.
- Record and reconcile daily payments accurately in the financial system.
- Prepare draft correspondence for standard past-due accounts and collections, contact customers with overdue invoices.
- Monitor outstanding accounts and personally following up with customers on overdue balances. Respond to client inquiries and provide timely, professional assistance regarding billing and payment issues.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with customers to facilitate smooth payment processes and track accurate contract listing.
- Identify opportunities to streamline Accounts Receivable processes and enhance efficiency.

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, accounting, finance, or related field.
- 2+ years experience performing Accounts Receivable duties
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with Netsuite Accounts Receivable application
- Familiarity with MS Office and advanced formulas in MS Excel
- Possess a high attention to detail and able to work independently.
- Excellent analytical skills along with the ability to create and present detailed reports
- Be self-motivated, disciplined, and meet deadlines.
- Excellent skills to work with customers and other team members (all partners).
