$17.33 - $25.99 an hour - Full Time, Weekdays. 40 hours a week.
Boulder Community health is seeking a Receiving Specialist who is responsible for the operation of our main, BCH receiving dock at Foothills Hospital.

- High school graduate or equivalent preferred
- Current Colorado driver's license preferred
- Ability to stay on task to complete work while handling multiple interruptions and noise
- Must have good attention to detail to accurately process receivables against packing slips.
- Must have and utilize good judgment
- Ability to accurately access facts/circumstances around a situation/problem and actively participates in problem resolution
- Promotes open communication and actively participates in positive interpersonal relationships
- Demonstrates effective written and verbal communication skills
- Accurate data entry; maintains current and accurate data in hospital ERP system for receivables and FedEx Shipping system for returns.
- Has no physical limitations to pushing, pulling, walking, and/or standing for long durations.
- Has excellent organizational skills and utilizes these to maintain an efficient dock.
- Must show initiative and flexibility to adapt work habits based on variable patient volumes of incoming deliveries.
