As we anticipate to double the size of our company in 2024, we are excited to add an Accounts Receivable & Collections Specialist to our team!
As the Accounts Receivable & Collections Specialist, you will be responsible for managing and facilitating the collection of outstanding payments from our customers and their insurance companies.
A/R & Collections Specialist Responsibilities:
- Monitor and track outstanding account balances
- Initiate contact with customers for payment collection
- Collaborate with the Sales and Account Managers to address client concerns
- Resolve payment discrepancies in a timely manner
A/R & Collections Specialist Qualifications:
- Detail-oriented with a high degree of accuracy
- Results-driven and motivated by incentives
- Excellent communication skills
- Enjoys serving customers - is friendly and empathetic, but firm
