SalaryThe ideal candidate will be well versed in all facets of the RCM cycle including but not limited to: Billing, claims corrections, reconciliation, appeals, follow-up, identifying and reporting inefficiencies and claim denial trends, working with patients to resolve outstanding balance issues and setting up payment plans, and ensuring follow-up on the collection efforts to ensure timely reimbursement for services provided.
Qualifications & Experience
- 3-5 years of experience in Billing and AR collections; preferably in physician office setting. (Required)
- Medical Appeals and Denials: 3-5 years of experience. (Required)
- High School Diploma or equivalent. (Required)
- Knowledge and experience with Novitasphere, Availity, etc. (Preferred)
- Knowledge of medical and insurance terminology.
- Willingness to work in a team environment.
- Direct experience with patient and insurance collections.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $23.00 - $26.00 per hour
