Job Title: Shift Manager and Leads

Salary: $17-$20 per hour based on position and experience
Work Schedule: 4-day work week
Are you a motivated and experienced professional in the fast-food industry? We are seeking enthusiastic individuals to join our team as Shift Managersand Leads for our upcoming Poughkeepsie location. This is a direct hire opportunity, and we are looking for individuals who can start by the end of February for a March opening. Initial training will be conducted at our Kingston location, and successful candidates will then transition to the Poughkeepsie location.
Shift Manager and Leads Responsibilities:
- Oversee day-to-day operations, ensuring smooth and efficient workflow.
- Supervise and mentor team members, providing guidance and support.
- Maintain high standards of food quality, service, and cleanliness.
- Coordinate and delegate tasks to achieve operational excellence.
- Address customer inquiries, concerns, and ensure a positive dining experience.
- Adhere to company policies and standards, ensuring compliance.
- Conduct regular team meetings to communicate goals and expectations.

Shift Manager and Leads Requirements:
- Previous fast-food chain experience is required.
- Serv Safe certification is preferred.
- Flexibility to work all shifts, including rotating weekends.
- Ability to be on your feet throughout the shift and lift and carry up to 25 pounds.
