About this role:

The WIM Digital team at Wells Fargo is responsible for the strategy, design, and delivery of the digital client experience within Wealth & Investment Management – from Wells Fargo Advisors and The Private Bank to the next generation of online and mobile investing capabilities. We are actively seeking motivated and passionate Digital Product Owners who can drive a thoughtful, personalized, and comprehensive client experience across onboarding, product features, mobile-first design, while owning the end-to-end execution in partnership with our agile scrum teams.

In this role, you will:

• Lead a scrum team focused on building digital experiences for clients and advisors aligned with Wealth & Investment Management division
• Work with internal and external stakeholders to identify product improvements and new product features
• Drive and capture product requirements and write user stories
• Collaborate with design partners on UX/UI development
• Review and analyze complex content strategy/creation, customer experience, analytics/research or product management that require an in-depth evaluation of variable factors
• Collaborate and consult with peers, colleagues and mid-level managers to resolve issues and achieve goals
• Review and update procedure and training documentation and launch communications
• Identify opportunities to improve the client’s digital experience by reviewing research and feedback from Voice of Customer sources, user testing, and competitive intelligence
• Participate in production validation and regression testing for code releases
• Make decisions in digital strategy for product or functional area requiring strong understanding of the business, policies, procedures and risk/compliance requirements

Required Qualifications, US:

• 5+ years of Digital Product management experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
• Experience with Agile practices and frameworks to include SAFe, Scrum, Kanban, LeSS, etc. and collaboration tools, such as Jira, Confluence and SharePoint.
• Experience partnering with a scrum team with accountability for backlog development, refinement, and prioritization.

Desired Qualifications:

• Experience in the Digital and Investment banking and brokerage services
• Helped create new customer-facing UI components for mobile/web, along with A/B testing
• Financial services or banking experience related to money management, accounts opening, digital adoption and engagement
• Strong analytical skills with ability to draw conclusions and translate findings
• Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple and competing priorities
• Ability to influence and manage cross functional work streams in order to execute projects with quality and on-time
• Experience interpreting business and technical needs and translating them into user stories
• Virtual leadership experience with ability to effectively drive results, provide feedback/direction, and manage and build relationships with leaders and team members in a geographically dispersed team environment
