Wells Fargo is seeking a Lead Digital Product Manager to join the Small Business Digital team within SDI. This individual will help drive the evolution and implementation of key digital capabilities that will transform the digital experience for our Small Business products and customers. This includes collaboration with our Product Management leaders & line of business (LOB) partners to deliver the best digital customer experience for our Small Business customers. This individual must be a strong team player with exceptional interpersonal and communications skills, who thrives as an independent contributor, yet is able to leverage leadership acumen to build credibility and direct matrixed resources in a fast-paced and constantly evolving environment. In this role, you will:
- Lead the development and execution of complex digital business plans, programs and initiatives which have impact across the enterprise with broad impact
- Act as key participant in large-scale planning
- Review and analyze complex digital strategy for product/functionality/experience area
- Influence digital strategy for the business line requiring in-depth evaluation of multiple factors including intangibles or unprecedented factors
- Make decisions in digital strategy for product/functionality/experience area requiring strong understanding of the business, policies, procedures and/or compliance requirements
- Lead a broad team of digital professionals to meet deliverables and drive new initiatives
- Strategically collaborate and consult with peers, colleagues and mid-level to senior managers to resolve issues and achieve goals
- Potentially lead projects, teams or serve as a peer mentor
Required Qualifications:
- 5+ years of Digital Product Management experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
Desired Qualifications:
- 5+ years of Agile experience
- 5+ year of payments industry experience
- Knowledge and understanding of business requirements gathering and translation to technical requirements
- Knowledge and experience with Small Business Digital experiences
- Experience with one or more Agile tools used for tracking user stories or backlogs, such as Confluence or JIRA
- Experience with Digital Product management in the financial services industry
- Experience developing partnerships and collaborating with other business and functional areas
- Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
- Ability to execute in a fast paced, high demand, environment while balancing multiple priorities
- Outstanding problem solving and analytical skills with ability to turn findings into strategic imperatives
- Knowledge and understanding of API programming
- Knowledge and experience with Small Business Digital experiences
Job Expectations:
- Ability to work on-site at approved location at least three days a week
- This position is not eligible for Visa sponsorship
- Ability to travel up to 15% of the time
Pay Range for San Francisco Bay Area & New York, NY: $115,900-206,100
