About this role:

Wells Fargo is seeking a Senior Lead Product Manager within Global Treasury Management as part of Enterprise Functions. Learn more about our career areas and business divisions at wellsfargojobs.com.

We are seeing to fill a Senior Lead Product Manager for pricing and billing capabilities, will drive execution of our pricing optimization by working with other Product Managers and Sales on price point optimization. Will also augment existing team and provide contingency on other critical activities.


In this role, you will:

  • Work with Product Managers to define pricing strategies and their implementation on the pricing and billing platforms
  • Support pricing reviews and execute projects alongside the existing team
  • Support the buildout of the platform modernization including adapting business process that complement technology changes
  • Advise experienced leadership to develop or influence business plans, business requirements, direct product design and implementation for complex business and technical needs
  • Oversee overall product management and strategic focus for the most technical, complex and diverse products and services
  • Lead the strategy and resolution of complex and unique challenges requiring in-depth understanding of potential synergies, opportunities companywide
  • Deliver solutions that are long-term, large scale, and require consideration of global market dynamics, trends, regulatory impact, and risk management
  • Provide vision, direction and expertise to leadership on implementing innovative and significant business solutions that are strategically focused for diverse product lines
  • Articulate product vision, define scope, prioritize backlog, establish goals, and provide direction for teams to design, develop, and deliver technology and processes for updating, upgrading technologies and vendor relationships
  • Engage with leaders, stakeholders, subject matter experts, scrum masters, project managers and delivery team companywide
  • Serve as an adept advisor to leadership


Required Qualifications:

  • 7+ years of Product Management, product development, strategic planning, process management, change delivery, or agile product owner experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education


Desired Qualifications:

  • Experience in Revenue Management, pricing and billing in a transaction banking business
  • Experience in implementation of pricing and billing technology
  • Experience in process re-engineering
  • Knowledge of Treasury Management as a business
  • Ability to effectively partner across the organization to accomplish goals and tasks with the ability to influence and manage effectively
  • Strategic thinker
  • Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills


Job Expectations:

  • Ability to travel up to 10% of the time
  • This position is not eligible for Visa Sponsorship

Pay Range:

New York, New York Pay Range Annually $133,300.00 - $237,100.00

Charlotte, North Carolina Pay Range Annually $111,100.00 - $197,500.00

San Francisco, California Annually $133,300.00 - $237,100.00

*May be considered for a discretionary bonus, Restricted Share Rights, or other long-term incentive awards.

*Actual salary is determined by location, experience and qualifications of the job
