We’re looking for an experienced Service Manager for our multi-location Ag Equipment company. Candidates must have a combination of management experience in a fast-paced shop and Ag Equipment mechanic experience.

Service Manager Job Description:

You will oversee and manage the service department, ensuring exceptional customer service and maintaining equipment to the highest standards. Using your experience in Ag Equipment repairs, you will lead a team of techs and service advisors.

Service Manager Job Duties:

• Oversee the Service Department, meeting monthly and annual financial goals.

• Manage customer relationships, department staff efficiency, and quality.

• Provide leadership and guidance for the department.

• Enforce safety practices.

• Handle recruitment of staff.

Required Experience:

• High School Diploma or GED.

• Some college or trade school.

• Experience with Ag Equipment.
