Job Description:
NTT DATA Services currently seeks a Salesforce Project Manager to join our team. This role will manage a CRM Analytics project, which consolidates data from multiple sources into a single pipeline dashboard. This collection of consolidated dashboards needs to be connected to additional sources, along with having the data normalized. This role will manage and facilitate the teams and plans for each stage of the project.
Responsibilities:
This role will be responsible for successfully driving the Consolidated Dashboard project to closure.
Lead discovery sessions working with technical, functional, and business team members to identify the right solution for each acquisition,
Work directly with the business to translate their needs into detailed requirements and eventually translate to a BRD,
Work closely with the Technical Team to ensure the business requirements are accurately translated into technical requirements, and the team has all the information required to action,
Create and drive roadmaps with milestones/timelines for communication to internal stakeholders, management, and internal users,
Confirm the technical team has all the technical tools required to start work (Sandboxes, Licenses, etc.)
Ensure sign-off by the client of the different project phases (Build, QA, Deployment)
Manage project in releases, including stand-ups, backlog grooming, lessons learned and demos,
Identify and mitigate risks or issues on a project-by-project basis, implementing strategies to minimize impact to the project, controlling deviations from the project schedule and estimated costs,
Prepare and manage project plans and schedules, status reports, and change orders,
Report on the status of the project to the management team and integration management office (IMO), including escalating issues where appropriate,
Handle reporting and resolution of issues, risks, and dependencies, proactively identifying potential planning gaps, mitigations to risks, actions to close issues or complete open items,
Responsible for updating all required documentation, using modern project management tools and methodologies,
Facilitate execution meetings, take notes, capture action items, and communicate these items quickly,
Follow-up on action items, ensuring the plan is executed on time,
Ensure a common understanding by setting expectations in accordance with the project plan to align stakeholders and integration team members,
Obtain approval from collaborators to formalize the project management approach,
Implement the approved actions and workarounds required to mitigate project risk events to minimize the impact of the risks on the project,
Maintain accurate forecasting for project resources according to the approved budget.
Build and maintain relationships with stakeholders day-to-day, exceeding expectations and ensuring satisfaction,
Support stakeholders throughout the project and post-project implementation process.
Collaborate with other IT teams to deliver solutions (integrations team, collaboration team, Identity team, etc.)
Skills to build relationships, earn respect, and gain influence across organizations.
Skills Required:
High attention to detail and the ability to organize, prioritize and manage multiple, time-sensitive projects simultaneously,
Experience identifying and resolving issues independently with a solid sense of accountability and sound personal judgment
Undergraduate degree or equivalent combination of education and work experience
Analytical, planning, problem-solving, and decision-making skills in complex paradigms
Firm understanding of Salesforce data models
Excellent written and oral communication skills
Firm understanding of CRM Analytics
Experience Preferred:
Minimum of 3 years' experience managing Salesforce projects
Knowledge of Salesforce Sales Cloud objects, hierarchies, and data models
5+ years of Salesforce consulting experience

Where required by law, NTT DATA provides a reasonable range of compensation for specific roles. The starting hourly range for this remote role is $100 to $130. This range reflects the minimum and maximum target compensation for the position across all US locations. Actual compensation will depend on several factors, including the candidate's actual work location, relevant experience, technical skills, and other qualifications. This position may also be eligible for incentive compensation based on individual and/or company performance.
