PetroLedger, a leading oil and gas transaction outsourcing company, is seeking qualified applicants for a Manager role within our Accounts Payableand Joint Interest Billing Department. This is a supervisory role where you will have a direct impact on employee development and performance management.
Competency
• Understanding of costs associated with oil & gas accounting for proper coding or review of coding.
• Codes, enters, reviews third party invoices for payment-Operating Invoices, Nonop JIBs and G&A.
• Ensure AP/JIB process is completed accurately and timely.
• Maintain billing decks and work with division orders on processing transfers.
• Maintains records of standard monthly or annual payment obligations.
• Perform cost allocations of both external and internal costs based on client defined methodology.
• Reconciles and communicates with client amounts due to vendors.
• Prepares/reviews accounts receivable payment application for Joint Interest Billings.
Qualification
• 5-10 years industry experience (Preferred).
• Associate or bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance or in a business-related field
• Experience with COPAS guidelines.
• Exposure to managing multiple/concurrent deadlines.
• Advanced excel skills.
