What You’ll Do as a Service Manager

• Manage, Coach and Train Field Technical Sales Staff
• Track performance statistics to focus on training needs
• Perform administrative tasks to monitor and prepare field sales staff
• Perform individual coaching sessions with sales personnel
• Plan and execute group training sessions
• Interact and communicate well with customers
• Deliver excellent customer service and always ensure a high level of customer satisfaction!
• Report to Operations Manager

• 5 plus years leadership experience
• 5 plus years sales training
• Exposure to Systematized sales and training Process
• Proficient computer skills
• In Home Service, Plumbing or Hvac sales preferred
• Superior work ETHIC aptitude

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $51,000.00 - $77,000.00 per year
